Does this imply that the ROTY isn't the best restaurant?<BR/><BR/>As for the 2 hat and 1 hat listings, well we can see that the usual suspects are still liked and disliked by the reviewers. I think it's probably time for the reviewers to lose the anonymity, or at least declare their interests.
