It's a mix of manuka honey vodka, lime and gingerbeer - it's sharp and sweet but not overly so but ultimately utterly refreshing.
For lunch we opt for a few dishes from the share plates menu
Beautifully tender and as you can see it's just seared on the outside and still wonderfully rare inside - served with classic blend of flavours you know it's going to taste great.
The colour of the filling isn't the most attractive but it's to be expected with you mix dark olives with feta but the slightly sharper flavours are a good foil to the sweet zucchini - the tempura coating is lovely and fine and crisp.
I've not seen squid prepared this way using a cornmeal/polenta base but it works quite well - it protects the squid from overcooking and also gives the dish a bit more body. It is is served with a lime aioli.
