Shredded Chipotle Beef Stack with Egg, Black beans, corn bread, chilli relish

The beef is very tender with just enough spice to make it interesting. Good corn bread and a lovely runny egg.

Chargrilled chicken, watercress, avocado, tomato kasundi

A bit of spice from the kasundi plays nicely against the creamy avocado and tender grilled chicken.
