Anywho, onto the food.
This packs a surprisingly spicy kick - a generous serving of large tiger prawns accompanied by cloud like fat toast fingers.
We've had this dish previously - served with the terrine are pork rillettes and duck liver mousse.

This was from the specials menu - a rather huge serving which consisted of four thick slabs of pork belly.
Excellent meat, cooked medium rare as requested.
