Porcini Fritti

Taligiata di Fassone con insalata verde & pomodorini. Fassone is the local Piemontese cattle breed and just in case  you watched the first episode of Nigelissima -  taligiata is not the Italian way for stretching one steak out to feed two people. Taligiata just means cut - and the cuts are thick, not those pathetically anoxeric things Nigella showed.
